Official Terms & Conditions of Use for the u9login Malaysia Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and u9login ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By visiting, registering, accessing, or using any part of the u9login platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

• If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the u9login platform immediately.
• Acceptance of these terms is considered to have occurred at the moment you click the "Register" or "I Agree" button during the account registration process.
• u9login reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice.
• It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

U9login is an entertainment platform strictly for adults. All prospective members must meet the following requirements before registering and using our services.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. u9login reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be located in a region or country where the use of online gambling services is not prohibited under local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
• You may not play on behalf of another person or act as a proxy for any other individual.
• Individuals who have previously been placed on a self-exclusion list are not permitted to register a new account.

Each individual is only permitted to hold ONE (1) account on u9login. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. u9login will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your password.
• Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access must be reported to the u9login support team immediately.
• u9login reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including copies of your identification card and proof of address, at any time.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee or termination in accordance with our policy.

U9login supports a wide range of secure and convenient Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed in MYR and must comply with the stipulated limits.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction. Maximum daily deposit: RM50,000 (subject to account level).
• Withdrawals to registered e-wallets will be processed within 5 minutes. FPX withdrawals to bank accounts require 1 business day.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal: RM20,000 (subject to VIP level).
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used. u9login does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• u9login is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems or payment provider processing times.
• All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. u9login reserves the right to request supporting documents for any suspicious transactions.

All bonuses and promotions offered by u9login are subject to the specified wagering requirements. It is the member's sole responsibility to read and understand the bonus terms before claiming.

• The u9login welcome bonus of up to RM500 is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit. One account, one bonus.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements as specified in their respective bonus terms, typically between 10x and 30x.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first fulfilling the applicable wagering requirements.
• u9login reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through suspicious means, abuse, or conduct that violates the spirit of a promotion.
• The u9login VIP Programme has 6 tiers, each with its own set of benefits. Tier upgrades and downgrades are based on your monthly betting activity.
• Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses after winnings are deducted. Cashback rates vary by VIP tier.

All betting on u9login — whether Sports Betting (Malaysia Liga Super football, BWF badminton, IPL cricket), slots, or Live Casino — is subject to the following rules.

• All confirmed bets are final. u9login does not accept cancellations of submitted bets except under specific circumstances outlined in our Betting Policy.
• In the event of a technical error during a match or gaming session, u9login reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount.
• Bets on matches that have already ended or commenced will not be accepted. All live bets must be placed before the market closing event triggered by the system.
• The minimum bet for Sports Betting is RM2. The minimum bet for slots and casino games varies depending on the title.
• u9login reserves the right to limit betting limits for certain accounts based on betting history or risk profile, without providing a reason.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, erroneous odds, or the use of automated betting software is strictly prohibited.

U9login is committed to promoting a responsible gaming culture among all members. We provide a range of self-management tools to help you play within your means.

• Deposit Limit: You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit through the account settings section on u9login.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount you are willing to absorb within a given period. Once this limit is reached, the system will automatically block further betting.
• Time-Out: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, according to your needs.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling is beginning to negatively affect your life, you may apply for a long-term self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming.

• You are not permitted to duplicate, copy, republish, or distribute any content from u9login without prior written consent.
• Using the u9login name, logo, or trademarks for commercial purposes without authorisation constitutes a breach of copyright law.
• Links to the u9login platform are permitted for personal use, but framing or embedding without authorisation is not allowed.

U9login reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice.

• Multiple account ownership — holding more than one account under any name or identity.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity that is suspected or confirmed.
• Systematic misuse of bonuses or promotions in a manner contrary to the spirit of the offer.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or use unauthorised assistance software.
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards u9login customer support staff.
• Registration by individuals under 18 years of age, or on behalf of a self-excluded individual.

U9login provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

• u9login is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Under no circumstances shall u9login's maximum liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• u9login is not responsible for your gambling decisions. Betting carries risk and the possibility of financial loss.
• All disputes must be submitted through official u9login customer support channels within 30 days of the date of the disputed incident.

U9login reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

• Significant amendments will be communicated via email or in-account notification on u9login at least 7 days before taking effect.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full.
• The Bahasa Malaysia version of this document is the official version. In the event of any conflict with other translations, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
